sci-fi-dude @ sci-fi-dude Tom, are you interested in the new Star Trek series, im bummed out because its not on regular tv...
    Sep 14, 2017 at 5:21 AM
Tom @ Tom I'll get the new series and watch it as a season binge after they are all there. I don't do TV (ant, sat or cable). My TV is my monitor and my stereo is my audio

Tom @ Tom Matrix graphics, Creature pig squeels and Wilhelm Screams are not as irritating to me as lazy writing and poor direction.
    Sep 14, 2017 at 6:14 PM
Tom @ Tom A lot of the SCIENCE Fiction movies have very little to do with science. There are still some good films to be seen tho.

Tom @ Tom Deadly Detention (2017) didn't stray off as bad as some horror lately but still kinda lackluster. I didn't shut it off at least.
    Sep 15, 2017 at 2:53 AM
Tom @ Tom Cut/Shoot/Kill (2017) strange horror movie about snuff flims. While not outstanding I did manage to watch the whole thing. Many, many really dumb horror stereotypes.
    Sep 15, 2017 at 2:58 AM
Tom @ Tom I Am Wrath (2016) Super soldier vengeance flick with John Travolta and Christopher Meloni (L&O:SVU). Not too bad and rewatchable.
    Sep 15, 2017 at 3:01 AM
Tom @ Tom Baby Driver (2017) Bank robbers & a mastermind with a kid that is the getaway driver. Lots of high speed driving and crazy maneuvers with a love story thrown in. The film was well done and is completely watchable..
    Sep 15, 2017 at 3:05 AM
Tom @ Tom Undercover Grandpa (2017) Likeable retired super solder/elite spy yarn with no kills but lots of feel good moments. Well made film with aged well-known actors.

Tom @ Tom Amelia 2.0 The Summerland Project (2017) was a pretty well made and well written science fiction film. Bravo, well done
    Sep 16, 2017 at 2:38 AM
Tom @ Tom The Limehouse Golem (2016) A mystery thriller set in Victorian London (1880s) Very well acted and an intriguing story even tho I knew who the killer was.
    Sep 16, 2017 at 2:41 AM
Tom @ Tom Lost Solace (2016) listed as scifi but was not really scifi. I found it irritating and strange. Was it a decent into or out of madness?
    Sep 16, 2017 at 2:43 AM
Tom @ Tom Anti Matter aka Worm (2016) Interesting teleporting scfi at first then it gets wonky to the point that it is tiring when the big reveal comes.
    Sep 17, 2017 at 2:36 AM
Tom @ Tom Annabelle 2: Creation (2017) I found it of better quality than the first film. As for scary? Not for me but I may be numb to horror like this. Takes a lot to cause a reaction.
