I am right in there with you on that one!!! I have such a loathing hate for Will. He doesn't have a reason in the show and I think that he should just back off Syd cuz she's Vaugn's and vise versa. So Will cut the felgercarb out!

I think the answer to this poll is really a toss up between Sloane and Irina, although I voted for Sloane because Irina is her mom, after all.
It's weird though... Irina is her mom, a "biological fact," as Jack said. But Irina shot Sydney like how many times? At least twice. And then she hired an assasin to take Sydney out. How can this be love?
Irina has 2 personalities, though, or something like that, because the woman can change her whole demeanor towards anyone at the blink of an eye.
She is charming as heck, just like Sydney. Look at Irina, and you see where Sydney gets her irresistable qualities, why people are so drawn to her. Mother and daughter are alike in their charm and their brilliance, but differ in that Sydney has a desire to "do the right thing," and Irina's only desire is to get whatever she wants.
I definitely think Irina thinks she loves Sydney, but her idea of love is very warped. She does not understand Jack's sacrificial love of his daughter. For Irina would never sacrifice her desires to save Sydney.

Yeah, Sloane has kind of a shudder factor going for him where his feelings toward Syd are concerned - so I picked him.

yeah he was creepy (or his obsessive love for syd was creepy, as a friend he was allright), but sloane definitely takes the prize on this one. he's just ...gross.

Well, how about now that we find out that Vaughn is actually "Naughn"? Sydney fell for someone who wasn't honest/completely honest with her. Love based on a lie is creepy, isn't it? :angry:
Suppose Naughn says that he was assigned to watch her, and then grew to love her. Is it fair to want someone to be with you based on deception? The decent thing to do is start all over again if she will have him.
I can see how Sydney would call off the engagement and want time apart from him. Perhaps to get in touch with her one true friend Will for his support.
