I think it really depends on what situation... Overall I think it would be pretty cool to have underwater breathing combined with the ability to travel super fast under water. (AQUAMAN FTW!!!!!)

I was asked this once as an attendance question in class. I replied verbatim:
"I want to shoot spaghetti out of my fingers and toes..."

Everyone apparently thought that was stupid...but just watch...when they are poor because of student loans, they'll wish I was there with my superpowers! They'll see!!!
